Vibrator test steps

3 to maintain an inch (25 mg) fixed displacement, Slowly increase the frequency (speed) of the vibrating table until the package starts to leave the surface of the vibrating table.
keep the machine vibrating at the frequency obtained in step 3. 5 can the metal sheet move intermittently between the bottom of the longest side of the package and the vibrating table
. If yes, keep this frequency and continue to the next step.
If not, gradually increase the frequency until it meets the requirements of step 5, and then maintain the new frequency.
6 determine the test time with the above formula before the start of the vibration test and the CPM or Hz obtained in step 5
7 start timing the vibration test time. 8 is the vertical linear motion of the vibration system used
