Test steps and usage of high-speed ball
test the high-speed ball camera mainly tests the clarity and color reduction, illumination and backlight compensation, followed by the measurement of its camera distortion, power consumption and minimum working voltage. Next, the measurement steps of clarity and color reduction, illumination and backlight compensation are introduced first
1. Measurement of sharpness: when multiple high-speed ball cameras are tested, the same lens should be used (it is recommended to use fixed focus and two variable lenses). Subject to the central circle of the test card appearing on the left and right sides of the monitor screen, a total of 10 groups of vertical lines and 10 groups of horizontal lines of the given scale lines should be clearly and accurately counted. It represents vertical definition and horizontal definition respectively, and the corresponding group has given the number of lines. For example, vertical 2, the data collection rate is too low, 350 lines and horizontal 800 lines. At this time, it is best to use black-and-white monitors. During the test, you can focus on the distant scene or focus while measuring. It's better to use both, which shows the difference of this high-speed ball camera (focusing on far and near)
2. Test of color reducibility of high-speed ball camera: select a good color monitor to test this parameter. First, observe the characters and clothes from a long distance to see whether there is color distortion. Compare the objects with bright colors to see the response sensitivity of the high-speed ball camera. Put the color album in front of the high-speed ball camera to see the clarity of the picture, which is too light or too thick. Again, camera the moving color objects to see whether there is color tailing, delay, blur, etc. The test conditions are as follows: when the latest generation illuminance of the camera is 50V, it should be measured at 50+10v illuminance, that is, ten volts should be added to the latest generation illuminance of each high-speed ball camera, and the aperture should remain the closest state
3. Illumination: place the high-speed ball camera in the darkroom, and the "front" and "back" of the darkroom are active 220V self igniting lamps. A voltage regulator is set at the place, and the voltage regulator is used to adjust the brightness of the lamps in the darkroom. The voltage can be adjusted from 0V to 250V. The indoor light can also be adjusted from the darkest to the brightest. During the test, many manufacturers have played a price war with the aperture of the high-speed ball camera. When it is opened to the maximum, record the lowest illumination value (dim the active lamp with the voltage regulator until the built-in picture in the darkroom can not be seen clearly), and then turn the aperture to (2) the environmental protection issues that the public are mainly concerned about in the process of project construction and operation; At the minimum, record the next lowest illuminance value, or adjust the pressure of the front and rear lights to turn on and off respectively
4. Backlight compensation of high-speed ball camera: there are two methods to test this parameter: one is to turn on the pressure regulating lamp in front of the high-speed ball camera in the dark room, turn it to the brightest, and then place a picture or text under the lamp. Shoot the high-speed ball camera against the light to see whether the image and text can be seen clearly and whether the picture is dazzling, and adjust the Al and ax shift switches to see whether there is any change, which effect is the best. The other is to shine the camera out of the window in sufficient sunlight to see whether the images and words can be seen clearly
5. Distortion of high-speed ball camera: look at the distortion of high-speed ball camera, place the test card in the front of the camera to make the whole ball appear on the screen, see whether the spherical shape has ellipse, move the camera forward, see whether the center of the circle has magnification, and then test whether the edges, corners and frames have arc distortion from a long distance
6. Power consumption of high-speed ball camera: the lowest working voltage, use a multimeter to measure the current, and use a small voltage regulator to adjust the voltage
